Mtabila Platform Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mtabila (“Platform”), operated by KAGO CONNECT LLC (DUNS: 119306241), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

  1. Account Registration
  • Free Trial: Sellers may register their first business at no cost. Additional businesses require payment.
  • Accuracy: You must provide truthful, updated business and verification documents (e.g., tax IDs, licenses) to qualify for 3-Tier Verified Badges.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

  2. Done-For-You Listings (PPP)
  • Our team creates pre-optimized listings (photos, descriptions, specs) for your business type.
  • Listings go live immediately upon your approval.
  • You warrant that all submitted content complies with laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
  1. Smart Q&A Matchmaking
  • AI-generated responses are suggestions only. You remain responsible for final answers.
  • Buyers may edit or add custom questions to RFQs.
  1. 3-Tier Verification Badges
  • Compliance Badges: Require annual renewal with updated documents.
  • Prime Badges: Reassessed quarterly based on performance (reviews, delivery times).
  • Mtabila may revoke badges for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
  1. Business Networking
  • Connection recommendations are algorithm-generated but do not imply endorsements.
  • You may accept or decline requests at your discretion.
  1. Price Offer Requests (RFQ)
  • Suppliers may bid on RFQs; unrealistic bids may be flagged or removed.
  • Buyers agree to review suppliers’ ratings and history before awarding contracts.
  1. Payments & Fees
  • Processing: Payments are handled via Stripe (US FAST EAGLE account).
  • Charges: Fees apply only for additional businesses after free trial confirmation. No automatic charges.
  • Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
  1. Data Privacy & Security
  • Financial Data: Stripe’s PCI-compliant system processes payments; Mtabila does not store full payment details.
  • User Data: See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.
  1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Submit false business documents or counterfeit goods.
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings.
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities or spam.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Mtabila is not liable for:

  • Errors in AI-generated Q&A responses.
  • Disputes between buyers and suppliers.
  • Third-party payment processing issues (e.g., Stripe delays).
  1. Modifications & Termination
  • We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Accounts may be suspended for violations or inactivity.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan courts.
